任职资格
- No experience is needed but candidates with sales, marketing, and finance knowledge would be an advantage
- Candidate must possess at least SPM
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
- Love meeting new people and learning new things.
- A quick thinker and generous.
- Able to put oneself in the client's shoes.
岗位职责
- Call potential clients to expand their customer base
- Explain the features of various policies
- Analyze clients’ current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
- Handle policy renewals
- Maintain electronic and paper records
- Help policyholders settle claims.
