岗位职责
Vacancy Herbalwise Holdings Sdn Bhd 019 ******* / 03 8*******
Location : Kebun Reyhan, Serdang Selangor.
Garden Supervisor For Kebun Reyhan, Serdang Selangor.
- Check gardening equipment and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained
- To supervise contract gardener and ensure that the manpower supply enough daily
- To liaise closely and cooperate with other departments in order to maintain and ensure the garden/nursery/landscape arrangement is in order.
- To prepare checklist on machinery maintenance and chemical stock
- Ensure that all outsourced associates comply with the grooming and uniform standard
- To prepare monthly schedule for outsource workers and ensure they are following accordingly.
- To prepare indoor plant replacement schedule (common area)
- To prepare monthly report and email to Head of Department/ CEO
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time
- Ensure all related stock are updated and tally with the physical stock
- Ensure all daily routine are following Standard Operating Procedure
Job Requirements:
- SPM/STPM
- Diploma in Landscape Horticulture or related field in Landscaping.
- Diploma in Nursery or Agricultural
- Male/Female (Urgent)
- Salary from RM1, 800.00
