任职资格
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in laptop repair and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of laptop hardware and software, including operating systems, drivers, and software applications
- Experience with diagnostic tools and software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
岗位职责
- Diagnose and repair laptop hardware and software issues including but not limited to: motherboard replacements, hard drive replacements, screen replacements, keyboard replacements, virus removal, and data backup and recovery.
- Install and configure operating systems and software.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication with clients regarding repair status and expectations.
- Maintain a high level of technical expertise and stay current with industry trends and advancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to laptops, peripherals, and network connectivity.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory of parts.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
