任职资格
- Candidates must possess a Diploma in Logistic or equivalent
- Proven work experience in the related field
- Computer literate
岗位职责
- To plan the daily collection schedule which follow customer instruction with CTI form (out station).
- To deal with Marketing PIC or direct with customer regarding any issue of collection date, vehicle capacity need, quantity collection and others needed (outstation)
- Receiving all the purchase item and key in GRN in NAV system
- To assist all the new plant Logistic Department staff applying e-leave in computer system
- To key in all the Logistic Department PR
- To prepare monthly driver out station allowance list for approval.
- To support and contribute to the implementation of ISO14001 and ISO 45001 requirement.
