任职资格
- Candidate must process at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of local employment laws and HR Administration.
- At least 3 years working experience.
- Required skill(s): AutoCount and SQL Accounting/Payroll software, Microsoft office and basic computer knowledge
- Require language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidates able to speak and write in Mandarin preferred as role requires to deal with mandarin speaking suppliers.
- Committed, dynamic, strong sense of responsibility, result oriented and must able to work independently.
岗位职责
Accounting
- Bookkeeping duties such as recording and maintaining company financial records;
- Handle full of accounts and responsible for closing and preparation of monthly accounting reports including profit & loss/ balance sheet, tax computations and other financial reports.
- Organize and record payments to suppliers.
- Prepare monthly management reports;
- Assist in handle statutory audits, ensure compliance and clearance.
- Process monthly payroll & staff claims.
- Ensure proper documentation & filing to support all accounting and admin.
- Handle office administrative work & ad-hoc support.
- Liaise with Banker and Auditors.
- Provide all operation support to Directors.
- To perform any other related duties when required.
HR Administration
- Handle employee monthly payroll – salary and leave calculation;
- Handle recruitment matters;
- Develop necessary documents, handbooks, workflow, policies and process;
- Assist in all administrative activities.
