任职资格
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Prefer Logistic / Cloud warehouse working background.
- Have at least 2 – 3 years customer service experience.
- Able to speak, write and type in Mandarin.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Able to handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Experience in customer service and get used to handle customer complaints.
岗位职责
- Dealing with both online and walk-in customer complaints.
- Handling customer request delivery parcel/goods.
- Liaise with operations teams to provide the quantity of parcels amount.
