任职资格
- Min possess Diploma/ Degree holder in Business & administration, Sales & Marketing or equivalent is preferred.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Relevant background in the food manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
- Working experience in business administration, sales and marketing, and customer service will be a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; ability to communicate in Mandarin and Malay
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resistant to stress and capable of working under pressure
- Able to start work immediately will be preferred.
岗位职责
- Communicate with the customers and understand their needs.
- Provide support to the sales team.
- Proactive, attend to customers’ inquiries to ensure necessary actions are taken and followed through.
- Coordinate and be able to work closely with other departments to ensure smooth order processing until the goods' delivery.
- Keep customers informed of delivery planning and arrangements, and notify them promptly of any changes to delivery schedules.
- Provide after-sales support when needed.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time.
