任职资格
- Minimum possess a Diploma or equivalent.
- Able converse in Mandarin and English.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in tri-lingual are preferred.
- Knowledge of skincare products and skincare techniques would be advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong sales skills, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Previous experience in healthcare or aesthetic clinic would be an advantage.

- 10am – 7pm (Mon – Fri)
- 9am – 6pm (Sat)

岗位职责
- Conducting client consultations to assess their aesthetic needs and concerns, and to recommend suitable products and services.
- Providing guidance and advice on skincare routines, makeup application as well as on trends and techniques.
- Recommending and selling company skincare products
- Demonstrating and explaining the proper use of products and tools to clients, and offering tips and advice on how to achieve the desired results.
- Coordinate with the aesthetician and front desk staff to schedule appointments and ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our RM system.
- Meet sales goals and drive revenue for the clinic.
- Keep up-to-date with aesthetic trends and new treatments in the industry.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve product knowledge and sales techniques
