任职资格
- Minimum possess a Diploma or equivalent.
- Able converse in Mandarin and English.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in tri-lingual are preferred.
- Familiar in handling multiple business social media accounts.
- Previous experience in healthcare or aesthetic clinic would be an advantage.

- 10am – 7pm (Mon – Fri)
- 9am – 6pm (Sat)

岗位职责
- Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner
- Relaying extensive product information to customers through email, social media, and by phone.
- Schedule appointments for clients and coordinate with staff members to ensure smooth operation of the clinic
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our system
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development by company to improve customer service skills and knowledge of aesthetic services.
- Ask customer and writing reports based on customer feedback on products and services.
