任职资格
- Monday - Friday; 8.00am - 6.00pm
- Possess at least a Diploma and above in Human Resource Management, Business Studies Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 4 years working experience in the relevant field
- Preferable experience in handling more than 900 headcount payroll (BOSSNET payroll software) and familiar with large data base
- Details oriented, positive thinking and good follow up skills.
- Required language: English, Mandarin
- Willingness to work @ 43650 Bandar Baru Bangi
- Able to start immediately would be added advantage
岗位职责
- Conducting payroll transactions in an efficient, accurate & timely manner.
- Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies.
- Handle all functions of HRIS and responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities.
- Involve in full cycle of payroll processing and ensure monthly salaries are paid accurately and on time.
- Prepare and update payroll calendar, update shift public holidays, new year and annual leave carry over.
- Provide advisory services to employees on matters related to payroll, leave management, claims and EA 1955.
- Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax.
- To administer compensation and benefits policies and procedures in collaboration with company policy to attract, retain staff and as motivation tool.
- To comply, understand and support with all OSH and QMS policies and objectives, procedures, statutory laws and requirements.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc HR analytics reports as and when required.
- Perform any ad-hoc assignments/duties as and when required by superior.
