任职资格
- Has a passion for food and strong attention to details.
- Has strong working knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and safety and sanitation practices
- Has ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Has ability to stand for extended periods, comfortable standing, stopping, squatting, twisting, and moving frequently
- Has flexibility to work in various shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays inclusive of festivities
- Has excellent organisation, and time management skills
- Has pleasant personality with excellent inter-personal skills
岗位职责
- Prepares menu items strictly in accordance to Company recipes and procedures.
- Ensure that the kitchen and storage areas remain clean and organised at all times.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy in work.
- Monitoring multiple food orders as new orders arrive
- Control and minimize waste
- Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
- Assisting with the monitoring of inventory.
- Assisting with the unloading of deliveries.
- Portions and arranges food on serving dishes or takeaway packaging
