任职资格
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in agriculture or Plantation or equivalent
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Willing to work and live in a plantation environment
- Have at least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Experienced with oil palm planting will be an added advantage
- Applicants must be willing to be based in Pahang
岗位职责
- Responsible for developing and managing the overall operation of the oil palms plantation and plan for future plantation development
- Support the Estate Manager in ensuring all expenditures are kept within the approved limit
- Supervising oil palm tree planting, field maintenance, and nursery management
- Ensure that the estate is managed to the standard in accordance with acceptable agricultural and practice and the company's requirement
- Modernization of the estate work practices, including awareness of the requirements of MSPO & RSPO
- Strengthening the estate security system and to prevent any loses to company property
- Undertake and facilitate internal and external audit on compliance and process improvement
