任职资格
- Candidates must process at least Diploma/ Degree level
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Language : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia (Speaking and Writing)
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- Good in communication skills and problem solving skills
岗位职责
- Prefer candidate who is taking self-initiative to complete the task and good follow up at outstanding matters.
- Data entry of information and ad-hoc duties
- Attending to any correspondence and emails by customers, contractors
- Answering incoming call and pass call to relevant personnel
- Liaise with admin department to ensure all products are compliance with law and regulations
- To ensure day to day operations runs smoothly and efficiently and able to meet customer expectation and needs by building and maintaining good relationship
- Attend customer and sales person stock enquiry and stock availability status
- Making sure all stocks are adequate and properly recorded
- Maintain a high compliance of department standard operating procedure
- Manage delivery schedules in good manage and updated delivery schedule to relevant personnel
- Generate PDR/PO/Delivery Order and Invoice via system and ensure the information is correct
- To assign any ad-hoc task from time to time
