任职资格
- Min possess Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Have at least 3 years of working experience in HR fields.
- Must have good communication and PR skills and be able to socialize well at all levels of people.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & organization skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Team player who is dynamic, self-motivated, and result oriented.
- Good analytical and good in handling & problem-solving skills.
- Preferably candidate with knowledge of Employment Act and other relevant Government Statutory Act.
- Organized, well disciplined and able to work both independently and in a group.
- Immediate availability will be an advantage.
岗位职责
- Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions which includes manpower planning, recruitment and selection, payroll, training and development, performance management, employee welfare administration, compensation/benefits and other HR related support service.
- Provide secretarial and clerical support.
- Handle memo issuance, performance management, workflow management, career development and training.
- Prepare monthly records and reports.
- Set up all the SOP, system, KPI activities for internal team.
- Participate in developing/ training departmental goals, objectives and systems.
- Monitoring employee performance to ensure that they meet required standards of conduct and performance.
- Provide feedback on an employee’s skills where needed and addressing performance problems.
- Other ad-hoc tasks related to HR and Admin as assigned.
