MOORE MEDIA OUTDOOR SDN BHD is an outdoor advertising agency who specializes in the outdoor industry. We provide services such as outdoor billboards, digital & LED screen, mobile truck, temp board, build & supply, train & bus wrap, cinema ads and JKR Signage. We have the vision of providing exceptional client service, independent advice and strategic expertise.

Job Brief:

We are looking for a Media Executive cum Admin (Senior & Junior) to provide administrative support to our media operations. You’ll track advertising projects from start to finish to ensure efficiency and accurate record-keeping. In this role, you should be well-organized with an eye for detail. 

Job Requirements:

• Strong command of both spoken and written English (Mandarin-speaking candidates would be an added advantage due to the nature of business)
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite: MS Powerpoint, Word & Excel and knowledge of Adobe Photoshop will be added advantage
• Able to work effectively and independently with minimum supervision
• Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes
• Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Able to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to maintain high confidentiality and strong people skills
• Willingness to take on added responsibilities as and when required
