任职资格
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level / STPM / DIPLOMA.
- Prior experience in construction / interior design environment is an added advantage.
- Preferable with minimum 1 year of experience.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Mandarin speaking candidate is preferred.
岗位职责
- Plan out procedure of site work in advance to ensure works are carried out on schedule.
- Ensure smooth operation and supervisory works at project sites.
- Supervise, monitor, instruct general workers on delegation of works at site.
- Responsible for site activities progress, quality and safety.
- Liaise with clients, consultants or main contractor on all site matters.
- Coordinate with subcontractors on details, sequence and program of work.
