任职资格
- Enjoy working over the phone
- SPM and above (MUST have education certificate)
- Fresh graduate without relevant experience is welcome to apply
- 19 years and above
- Good communication skill (Knowledge of Mandarin Speaking / Reading)
- Candidate that able to read and write in Mandarin will be added advantage
- Work location in Kuala Lumpur (Adjacent to LRT Station)
- Contract for one year before conversion to permanent
岗位职责
- Perform outbound telesales services at all times strictly only to new/prospective and/or existing customers’ database provided for your calling
- Promote simple insurance plan through phone call
- To build lasting relationships with customers and enhance customer satisfaction through predetermined call cycles
- Accountable for meeting daily, weekly & monthly targets as assigned from time to time
