任职资格
- Fresh graduate or candidate without actual working experience are welcome.
- Can communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English would be an advantage.
- Patience, willing to help people to solve the problem for customer satisfaction.
- Willing to work at Genting Highlands.
- Willing to work according to schedule / shift (day shift) and during weekend / Public Holidays.
- Willing to work overtime when is required.
岗位职责
- Handling customer enquiries at front desk reception counter.
- Assisting for accomodation booking and room arrangements.
- Handling request and problem solutions in order for customer satisfaction.
- Assist to promote accommodation package to public.
- Assist customer check in/ check out related matters.
- Answering calls and email for booking and enquires.
- Laises with cross department colleagues for customer accommodation arrangements.
- Assist for payment collection and prepare daily sales report for submission.
- Any other job that required by superior from time to time.
