任职资格
- Candidate must possess at least diploma in a field related or the equivalent in term of industry experience.
- At least 3 years (s) of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Have a passion in teaching and willing to go the extra mile to provide quality education to students
岗位职责
- Conduct culinary/pastry class according to course curriculum.
- Develop daily lesson plans and instructional plans to meet course competency.
- To prepare examination papers, guiding student’s assignments to improve student’s academic performance.
- To conduct curriculum development and develop course materials for specific courses.
- Evaluate student’s academic performance and provide feedback appropriately.
- Provide support in student admission and retention processes.
- Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Ensure the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.
- Develop a cohesive, safe, and positive learning environment for students.
