任职资格
- 1 year experience in F&B fields will be require
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and responsible character
- Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service
- Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill
- Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
- Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
- Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
- Have ability to solve problem, manage time pressures calmly and be approachable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of computer
- Have driving license.
岗位职责
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate to subordinates
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Receive complaints and resolve problems.
- Ensure subordinates serve customer well.
- Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.
- Submit Employee Performance Review reports to HR.
- Ensure workplace environment is comfortable and clean.
- Train new employees
- Ensure subordinates adherence to legal and company policies and procedure.
- Deliver any instructions and announcements given by superiors
