任职资格
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design/visual communications/spatial design/interior design/retail management/Fashion designer/or a related field
- Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser or visual senior executive
- Comprehensive portfolio of relevant visual design work
- Pleasant attitude
- Open minded for any discussion but not self-centered about own designs/ideas
- Able to work with others
- Able to work overtime to accomplish the visual display at night
- Possess own transport
- Able to work with deadline and dealing with stress
- Ability to work diligently with minimum supervision
- Confident in creating and communicating concepts in business meetings and to supervisors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Excited and energetic in designing new ways to reach customers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment
- Experience researching and determining industry and marketing trends
- Adherence to the brand's goals, philosophy and policy regarding marketing and sales strategies
岗位职责
- You are about work in a retail chain sales and develops creative visual concepts to build attractive store displays along with shop's marketing collaterals.
- Unleash your creativity and combines the brand's goals with the company desires.
- Additionally, you will need to create floor plans for retail space and situates displays in an ideal position to encourage sales.
- Possess marketing strategy and a creative approach to sales in order to promote the company's image visually.
