任职资格
- Experience in digital marketing is preferred
- Experience in vaping/3C/FMCG industry
- Excellent Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency in both speaking and writing
- Strong network of KOLs, media etc. in Malaysia
- Being proactive and innovative, with good problem solving skills
- Positive to challenges and able to work under pressure
- An outstanding team player with strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Excel and PowerPoint
岗位职责
- Manage and optimize local contents in line with social media regionalization strategy in Malaysian region(Facebook、Instagram、Tiktok and etc.)
- Manage and promote joint marketing programs with partners, from marketing campaign concept to creative content development and program execution, including offline event, direct mail campaigns, and social media campaigns.
- Develop social KOL/KOC strategy and development ad community management and build relationship with top MCN/KOL.
- Monitor KOL&KOC content QC and performance report.
- Analyze and report on online program and campaign effectiveness, metrics and dashboard through the use of social media analytics to understand user behavior.
- Respond & manage with online consumer feedback in line with company social media policy.
- Liaising with internal colleague to determine requirements of campaigns/projects.
