任职资格
- SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
- Business-minded with entrepreneurship skill.
- ABLE TO READ AND WRITE IN MANDARIIN IS COMPULSORY AS ALL DOCUMENTS DEALING WITH CHINA MANUFACTURERS IS IN MANDARIN
- Working hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm, Sat 8:30am - 12:30pm.
岗位职责
Logistic Dept (1 Vacancy)
- Arrange logistic from China to Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore
- Prepare all necessary logistic documents
- Make sure all deliveries are on schedule
- Quality check on all products in China before being shipped out
Sales & Procurement Dept (1 Vacancy)
- Prepare Quotation
- Prepare Sales Contract
Account & Documentation Dept (1 vacancy)
- Issue DO & Invoices
- Liaise with accountant on monthly basis
- Upkeep SIRIM and CIDB documentation
