Your main role is to handle and respond to customer requests, exceptions, inquiries about package pick-up, deliveries, promote and respond to question about FedEx products and services with the objective to maximize customer satisfaction through incoming calls or emails. When necessary, you will also be expected to solve customers’ problems and complaints.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
