任职资格
- Candidates must possess Professional Certificate,Diploma,Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,Bachelor's Degree,Postgraduate Diploma,Professional Degree
- Preferably Senior Executive level with minimum 3 years,specializingHuman Resource equivalent.
- Possess High Level Of Integrity,good leadership,consultative negotiationskills. Have a sound knowledge of local Employment Act,Industrial ActandotherHR legislations.
- Strong problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and organization skills
- Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of people English,Bahasa Malaysia,Mandarin.
- Committed,dedicated,proactive,resourceful.
- Entrepreneurial and ambitious -takes initiative and takes personal ownership unaccountability
岗位职责
- Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR and Admin functions.
- Strategize, plan and coordinate the implementation of the HR activities,whichincludes day-to-day operation,staffing,training and development,and careerdevelopment.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation monthly payroll and all statutorycompliance submissions.Liaise with respective government statutory bodies for related materiel EPF,SOCSO,EIS,HRDF,IncomeTaxandLabourOffice.
- Undertake Disciplinary Action(domestic inquiries,handling staffcounselling,grievances,terminations and other industrial relations concersarein compliance with labour laws
- Manage Full Spectrum Of General Administrative Job.Anyad-hoc task as assigned by superior.
