任职资格
- Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encourage to apply.
- Must able converse Mandarin and English.
- Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details.
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and responsible character.
- Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
- Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
- Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
岗位职责
- Travel consultants and clerks provide information about travel destinations, arrange travel itineraries, obtain travel and accommodation reservations.
- Tasks include –
- Providing information about regional attractions, sightseeing tours.
- Making and confirming reservations for travel, tours and accommodation;
- Helping customers in obtaining necessary travel documents such as visas;
- Verifying travel documentation prior guest depature.
- Preparing bills and receiving payments;
