任职资格
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Building Surveying, or other Professional Certificates.
- Knowledge on CPBS101, CIS 7:2021, MS Office.
- Possess own transport with valid driving license (B/B2 or D*) *Preferred.
- Willing to travel for outstation.
- Dedicated, willing to learn, responsible, high discipline, positive attitude, punctual.
- Attention to detail.
- Fast learner, committed and able to work independently.
- Able to work under high pressure to meet short deadline.
- Good communication skills.
- Computer literate, proficient computer skills.
- Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions.
岗位职责
- Ability to work in various conditions to conduct inspection on properties to check for compliance including the internal and external defects.
- Performing building inspection/ building survey.
- Preparing Building Condition Assessment report.
- Able to take into account every aspect of property and seeking to identify all defects.
- Assist clients, colleagues and work closely with them every process of inspection.
- Producing detailed reports and recommendations if needed.
- Identifying defects and advising on remedial works and recommendations to client.
- Able to travel to any directed location.
- Maintain good working relations with colleagues and clients.
