Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.

Minimum one year of hotel Front Desk supervisory experience, experience in handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks.
To provide courteous and efficient service when trying to comply with each and every guest request promptly and tactfully. Provide responsive and attentive service with relaxed efficiency by meeting and exceeding all guests’ requests.
Assumes at all times, a pleasing and helpful attitude towards each guest and never speaks in loud voice to others. Constantly strives to give excellent and friendly service and never speaks unnecessarily nor gossip with other employee whilst on duty about guests.
Escort all Executive Lounge floor guests to their rooms and brief on the lounge service. This can be done either on the way or in the room. Guest must be given a good impression by receiving a warm, friendly and firm handshake or smile with a welcome message.
