Main Duties and Responsibilities: -
Handle payroll activities of the company, including monthly payroll processing, preparation of payroll report and statutory payment, process and update of staff employment status, etc.
Handle commission and wages payment for full time and temporary staff.
Handle staff attendance records, leave records and other HR systems
Prepare offer letters for new joiners, salary adjustment letter for existing staff and update employee profile into payroll system.
Handle data entry for new joiner, staff promotion, salary adjustment, resignation in all related HR Systems.
Handle statutory documents; payment & filling (EPF, EIS, SOCSO & Income Tax).
Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior.
Job Requirements: -
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Management, or equivalent.
At least 1 to 2 year(s) of experience in IR/ER field is required for this position.
Computer literate with good knowledge inMicrosoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint & Word. Proficiency in Excel function such as Pivot Table, VLOOKUP and other related function. Master in payroll system in an added advantage.
Fluent in both verbal and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin language.
Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Payroll or Benefits & Compensations or equivalent.
Experience in Commission and Incentive tabulation and calculation is an advantage.
Responsible, motivated, takes initiative, committed with a positive attitude.
Able to work under pressure and face pace environment.
Possessed good communication and interpersonal skills with team.
Able to do multi-tasking and lead a team.
Applicant must be willing to work in Seberang Jaya, Penang.
