Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
At least 7 years relevant working experience in HR / administrative job.
Well versed in Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and Labour Act.
Able to work independently, efficiency and strong sense of urgency
Willing to travel
Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
Good in organization and coordination skill
Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, manpower planning, performance management, compensation & benefits, industrial relations and training & development.
Overseeing the general administrative to ensure efficient operation of the company.
Handle employee’s training and development including to analyse and identify training needs and facilitates staff development programs.
To handle and advise the Management on disciplinary issues, staff counselling, grievance handling and other employee relations matters in compliance with Malaysian Labour Law.
Designed and performed Compensation and Benefits Programme.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Collected and recorded government regulation, current trends, and practices relevant to Compensation & Benefits; review, formulated and optimized company’ Compensation & Benefit’s structure, including salary, year-end bonus, and various benefits.
Administrated employee’s career development including supervising the procedure of probation reviews, annual reviews, promotion, etc.
Assist audit in ensuring relevant compliance of relevant Labor Law
Any other job assigned by superior from time to time.
