任职资格
- Proficient in Mandarin and Basic English & Bahasa communication skill (spoken & written)
- Preferably with at least 1-2 year of sales experience in any field, however, open to fresh graduates who have enthusiastic about real estate/property management.
- Minimum a Diploma qualification level, however, open to SPM holder possess work experience in a similar industry.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and PC literacy
- Possess own transport
- Prefer someone who able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
- Pleasant attitude and personality, people-person and good communication skill
- Self-starter, Sales/Result-driven, dynamic team player
- Have no issue to work during PH and weekend to meet with customers when necessary.
岗位职责
- To commit and execute follow up and sales progress according to Company' instruction and guidance
- Be initiate to learn more knowledges relating to real estate practice, government policies, acts and projects
- To comply with Company’s or Superior’s reporting daily and weekly
- To attend all meetings set by the Superior and Company

- Basic Salary RM 1,500 (subject to monthly performance) + High Comm (Average take-home salary RM 4000 - RM8000 or above)

Working Hour: Tuesday - Sunday, 9:30am - 6:30pm
