任职资格
- Candidate must possess at least an SPM / Diploma or relevant certificate in any field
- Required language(s): Mandarin & English
- Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Services field (call center is advantageous)
- Good presentation & negotiation skills with the ability to customize the product to customer needs
- Computer literate
- Working hours: Monday - Friday (9pm-6am/ 6pm-3am)
- Petaling Jaya
岗位职责
- Positive working attitude and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- independent, proactive and self-driven
- Contact Existing and potential customers by telephone and email
- In charge of outbound cold calling, lead generation, data refine and appointment setting
- Provide an overview and upsell the products and services
- Maintain and develop a good relationship with existing and potential customers
- Contribute and achieve the department group target set by the organization
- Handle sales, products & service inquiries
