Administrative assistants perform administrative and office support for supervisors. They perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.
Responsibilities
To assist in handling full set accounts, monthly reports, month-end-closing, and daily accounting tasks.
Invoicing, payment, cash flow monitoring, and bank balance.
Process payroll, handling EPF, SOSCO submission, and dealing with the authority accordingly.
Communication with bank and auditors.
Involved in human resource planning, recruitment and selection, and other HR duties.
Performance planning, learning, and development plan maintain employee records.
To assist in general administrative work.
Requirements
LCCI, Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Admin or related field
Minimum 2-years working experience in accounting and/or HR.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good command of English and Malay.
Experience in AUTOCOUNT accounting system and MS Excel preferred
The trustworthy, responsible, initiative, and with high integrity.
Preferably with some understanding of Labour Law.
Good interpersonal skill and ability to interact with people at all levels
