At least one or two years of working experience in accounting and administrative
Computer Literate in Microsoft Office applications
Familiar with SQL Accounting system
Proficient in both spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia with mandarin added advantage
Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred
Account Payables, Account Receivable and General ledger
Processing all documentation with invoicing and payments. These include handling and processing all the invoices, payment vouchers, cheque, staff claims, utilities, petty cash, debit notes, and credit notes in an efficient, systematic, and timely manner.
Organize, develop and maintain proper filing system.
Administration job including foreign worker permit, SOCSO claim and any others responsibilities to be assigned by superior from time to time.
