任职资格

Customer Service Specialist (Taiwan Market) - Normal Working Hours 


  • Minimum SPM and above
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply 
  • Languages required: English & Traditional Mandarin (speak, read & write) 
  • Working Hours: 9am to 6pm 
  • Must be willing to work during Public Holiday and weekend

岗位职责

  • Handling phone calls, live chats & emails for our customers
  • Responsible for handling customer inquiries to the customer support centre including contacts requiring product features & functionality information, technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to assist diagnose and resolve issued and questions.
  • Handle accurate documentation of interactions, maintain data accuracy in the relevant contact management system, and understand a variety of media sources that interface with the service centre.
  • Ensuring excellent service is delivered to customers
