任职资格
- Diploma or Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Hons) or sales/Marketing or related discipline.
- Possess at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field, fresh graduate welcome to apply
- Fluent in English, Bahasa and Mandarin (verbal and written) as this role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Good in Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Professional Selling Skills, Presentation Skills, Analytic Problem Solving, Result Focused and Continuous Learning.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Location: KL / JB
岗位职责
- Understand customer requirement and applying product knowledge to meet their needs.
- Specify in-house brand, GAEA (Premium Wood Composites) to architects, developers and interior designers.
- Develop new business opportunities, contact and respond to current and prospective customers to provide solutions.
- Prepare presentations, quotations, proposals and related documents to ensure the product is approved and specified in the tender documents.
- To attend and help to solve issues, be helpful to assist customers positively and provide guidance to ensure high customers.
- Sales oriented driven for results, able to work closely with the Team to produce concepts or demos for customers.
- Monitor the new business through various sales plans and activities
- Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
