Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Services field (call centre is advantageous)
Willing to work at PJ ( nearby LRT Asia Jaya)
Respond to queries from customers (members) who have acquired RWC’s products and services (including feedback, appointment queries, and complaints according to the standard operating procedures set by RWC.
Provide customers with product and service information via non-voice (email) support.
Key in booking information of customers in RWC’s booking system.
Basic salary range : RM2000 – RM2800 (depends on experience) + 200 Attendance allowance + 200 language allowance ( if mandarin speaker)
