We are seeking for an enthusiastic, creative and experienced Operations Executive - Food and Beverage to join our team in a full-time position, available to start immediately for the right candidate.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
F&B Operations
Work together with the Operations Manager and Outlet Managers in the planning, directing, manage and coordinating of daily operations in the outlets.
Assist Operations Manager in doing daily, weekly and monthly audit and completed all report needed by the Management for all outlet.
Oversee the planning and execution of special events to ensure success.
Ensure all information from Operations Manager and Management is passed on to the Outlet Managers or PIC accurately.
Assist in the planning and execution of new ideas and menu specifications.
Plays an active role in marketing the brands and devising promotional programs.
Responsible for marketing and promoting the brands to maximize sales and participates in developing and implementing food promotions and new menus?
Assist Operations Manager to plan a fully manpower for operations.
Assist Operations Manager to create or develop new standard procedures to the company.
People Management and Administration
Work closely with the Human Resources personnel to train, develop, hire, retain and fire employees
Assist Operations Manager to develop and monitor staff in obtaining the highest standards of service and customer care and will take responsibility the training, development and monitoring of performance of all staff
Ensure all administration task are accurately completed in timely manner.
Finance, Budget and Procurement
Responsible to maintain the budgets, sales targets, control costs and stock that needed by Operations Manager and Management.
Work closely with the Outlet Managers to ensure correct stock levels are available at all times.?
Assist Operations Manager to manage and monitor expenditure and budget setting each year.
Assist Operations Manager to provide analysis on stock and sales, highlighting and acting on any anomalies.
Responsibility for managing and meeting all committed budgets?setting by Operations Manager.
Oversee the inventory and keeping financial records of purchases and sales
Job requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Strong command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 3 Year(s) of hands-on?experience in retail operation management specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Dynamic, motivated, self-disciplined and high integrity.
