Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or its equivalent.

Good knowledge of construction method and materials.

Possess strong contractual knowledge.

Computer skills in Microsoft Office application

At least 2-5 years of working experience.

Able to work under fast paced environment.

Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Preparation of progress claims, site valuation, follow up issuance of progress certificates by client.

Calculation of quantity, project costing and computation of BQ for tender new project.

Preparation of tender costing and documentation submission.

Able to read drawing and prepare costing and quotation.

Prepare VO submission and Final Account Settlement.

Follow up administrative matters relating to contracts and tender submissions

Conducts site visits, site valuations and prepare reports.
