岗位职责
Responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to promote a company's products or services, utilizing various digital channels like social media, email, and search engines. This includes planning and executing campaigns, creating content, and analysing results to improve performance. The goal is to drive traffic, generate leads and ultimately increase sales/ GMV.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Formulating and executing digital marketing plans aligned with business goals, including identifying target audiences, crafting messaging, and selecting appropriate channels.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to achieve specific business goals, such as increasing brand awareness, generating leads, or driving sales.
Content Creation:
Developing engaging content for various digital platforms, such as websites, social media, and email campaigns.
Campaign Management:
Managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns across platforms like Marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Ads), Google Ads, social media (especially Meta CPAS), and display networks.
Social Media Management:
Building and maintaining a company's social media presence, creating engaging content, and monitoring social media trends. Increase followers and conversion rate.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Improving website visibility and ranking in search engine results through keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page link building.
Analytics and Reporting:
Tracking and analysing campaign performance, generating reports to measure ROAS, and identifying areas for optimization.
Collaboration:
Working with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
