任职资格
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.
- Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, HR compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Familiar with payroll processing, leave management, and employee records maintenance
- Good understanding of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HR-related statutory submissions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Able to handle confidential information professionally
- Independent, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
岗位职责
- Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Process monthly payroll and prepare payslips accurately.
- Handle statutory contributions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave applications, overtime, and claims.
- Prepare employment-related documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR correspondence.
- Ensure company compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
- Maintain and update company HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new employees.
- Coordinate employee insurance, benefits, and welfare matters.
- Prepare HR reports and management reports when required.
- Manage office administration, filing systems, and general correspondence.
- Liaise with government agencies, auditors, and external parties on HR-related matters.
- Support management on HR initiatives, employee engagement, and performance management activities.
- Perform any other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
