1. Warehouse Operations

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

• Ensure materials and finished goods are stored correctly and clearly identified.

• Optimize warehouse layout for space utilization and efficient material flow.

• Monitor FIFO/FEFO compliance and shelf-life control where applicable.

2. Inventory Control

• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems.

• Conduct cycle counts and support physical stock takes; investigate variances.

• Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, and Production on material availability and shortages.

• Control excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.

3. Logistics & Transportation

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders and transporters.

• Ensure timely deliveries to customers and internal production lines.

• Prepare and verify shipping documents (DO, invoice, packing list, COO, etc.).

• Monitor logistics costs and highlight opportunities for cost optimization.

4. Team Supervision

• Lead, train, and assign tasks to warehouse/logistics staff.

• Monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline.

• Ensure staff follow SOPs, safety rules, and housekeeping standards (5S).

5. Compliance, Safety & Quality

• Ensure compliance with EHS, ISO, and company policies.

• Maintain safe handling of materials, including hazardous or high-value items.

• Support audits (internal, customer, and regulatory).

• Investigate and report incidents, damages, or losses.
