JOB VACANCY
POSITION - QUANTITY SURVEYOR (JUNIOR)
LOCATION - BUKIT PUCHONG
SALARY - RM *************
1. Education
Diploma / Degree in:
Quantity Surveying
Mechanical Engineering
Building Services Engineering
Construction Management
Fresh graduates are usually acceptable
2. Technical Knowledge
Basic understanding of:
ACMV systems (ducting, chilled water piping, ventilation)
Construction drawings (especially M&E drawings)
Ability to read:
Layout plans
Schematic diagrams
Familiar with measurement methods (taking-off quantities)
3. Software Skills
Microsoft Excel (VERY important)
AutoCAD (basic reading/measuring)
Measurement tools (e.g. Bluebeam, CostX – advantage, not mandatory)
4. Core Skills
Good in numbers and calculations
Attention to detail
Organised in documentation
Basic cost estimation skills
Ability to compare quotations
