You will be part of a growing marketing team and work closely with the other Social Media Team Members, Video Content Executive, Designers, Digital Marketing Executive, and Marketing Manager.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow multiple regions social media accounts.

• Plan, schedule, and publish social media content.

• Support daily content posting, stories, reels, countdowns, and event promotions.

• Clear and manage messages from different sub accounts.

• Reply to comments, DMs, inquiries, and event-related questions.

• Identify potential leads from DMs and pass them to the correct team.

• Capture important lead details such as name, contact, event interest, location, and inquiry type.

• Use approved reply templates for common event questions.

• Escalate hot leads, complaints, partnership inquiries, or urgent messages to the right person.

• Support event promotion campaigns through Instagram posts, stories, reels, and engagement.

• Assist with event-day social media coverage when needed.

• Plan and Create with campaign content.

• Work with the video editor to repurpose short-form content when needed.

• Track basic social media performance such as reach, engagement, inquiries, link clicks, and DM leads.

• Ensure all social media information is accurate, including dates, links, speaker names, venues, and registration details.
