Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Experience in customer service, logistics, freight forwarding, air freight, or sea freight operations is preferred.
Knowledge of freight forwarding processes and documentation will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
A team player who can work effectively with different departments.
岗位职责
Handle day-to-day customer service and operational tasks related to air freight and sea freight shipments.
Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, rates, and customer inquiries.
Provide sales support to the Sales Department, including quotation preparation and customer communication.
Monitor shipment status and update customers on shipment progress.
Resolve customer issues and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer transactions and shipment details.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental objectives.
