熟练运用CRM系统进行客户信息管理和销售过程跟踪。
具备优秀的英语、中文和马来语沟通能力,能够流利地与不同文化背景的客户进行商务交流。
积极主动,具备较强的抗压能力和团队合作精神。
岗位职责
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and expand our customer base in the medical supplies sector.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach to potential clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our first aid supplies.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide market feedback and contribute to product innovation.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up and exceptional customer service.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management, tracking progress against targets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to maintain a competitive edge.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
