Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

At least 2 years of working experience in the accounting field

Able to communicate in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)

Experience in F&B or non-halal industry is an advantage

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines

Handle a full set of accounts, including AP, AR, and GL

Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure accuracy

Monitor cash flow, payments, and bank reconciliation

Ensure all financial records are properly maintained and updated

Assist in audit and tax-related matters

Liaise with internal departments and external parties (e.g. auditors, tax agents)

Support daily accounting operations
