At least 2-year relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English; Mandarin is an advantage
Organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently
岗位职责
Handle tenant-related matters and correspondence
Coordinate tenancy documentation and follow-ups
General administrative duties and office management
Maintain proper filing and record-keeping
Prepare and process BA (Banker Acceptance) applications and arrangement
Part of Account Payable Work
