REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

• Fresh graduateor 1–2 years of working experience, possess Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or any other related fields.

• Strong interest or experience in Lean and Continuous Improvement, project management will be a plus.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in local language, and in English.

• Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented.

• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.

• Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision-making skills.

• Learn and perform multiple tasks in fast -paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Managing customer implementation projects from initiation to completion within the assigned territory,

• Partner with Regional Sales Teams to support ongoing sales initiatives and customer solution deployments

• Assist with basic Lean and process improvement activities, including data collection, usage analysis, and problem‑solving support (DMAIC exposure)

• Conducting customer business analysis and participate in customer performance reviews and improvement discussions

• Participate in initial customer implementation meetings, site assessments, and solution walkthroughs

• Assist in coordinating implementation activities such as developing timelines, maintaining action plans, supporting Gantt charts, cross‑referencing products, and preparing inventory setups (min/max, VMI, vending, and new location launches)
