- 持有中学/SPM/'O'水准学历。
- 欢迎应届毕业生申请，提供入门级职位。
- 具备数据录入技能，能够准确、高效地完成数据输入工作。
- 熟悉记录保存流程，能够妥善管理和维护各类文件和数据。
- 具备基本的办公室管理知识，能够协助处理日常行政事务。
- 能够流利使用普通话、马来语和英语进行沟通，书面和口头表达能力良好。
- 工作地点位于八打灵再也，需按时到岗工作。
- 具备良好的团队合作精神和服务意识，能够积极配合其他部门的工作。
Responsibilities
- 负责数据录入和更新，确保信息的准确性和完整性。
- 维护和管理办公室的日常运营，包括文具用品的采购和库存管理。
- 协助处理日常行政事务，如文件归档、复印和扫描等。
- 负责来访客人的接待工作，提供专业的服务。
- 协助组织和安排会议、活动和差旅事宜。
- 维护和更新公司通讯录及其他重要记录。
- 协助处理简单的财务报销和记录工作。
- 根据需要，完成上级领导安排的其他行政任务。
